Multicultural Community of Queensland Inc.

The Multicultural Community of Queensland Inc. (MCQ) is an ACNC-registered charitable organisation established as a Public Benevolent Institution for the relief of poverty, sickness, distress, suffering, misfortune and helplessness experienced by culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) refugees and migrants of African descent residing in Queensland, Australia, who are experiencing severe socio-economic disadvantage.

The Organisation provides direct benevolent relief, including emergency financial assistance, essential material aid, crisis accommodation support, trauma-informed counselling, culturally appropriate case management, and access to health and welfare services for people experiencing extreme hardship, including CALD refugees and migrants, single parents and individuals at risk of homelessness.
